BULLETPROOF YOUR BODY THIS YEAR

The theme for 2023 is BULLETPROOF YOUR BODY.

Okay, so the theme of my brand has always been that, but this year we’re writing it out, in bold, BULLETPROOF YOUR BODY, so it’s loud and clear and there is no confusion about what we do out here.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN

  • Building enough muscle so that you’re resilient to injuries.
  • Strengthening and mobilizing your joints so that they are far less likely to slide out of place.
  • Rev up your internal engine (heart&lungs) so that it supports you with the energy to hustle hard in your day-to-day lives.
  • Adding armor to your body so that you can live and THRIVE in it for as long as possible!

Basically, we help people become unbreakable so that they can live life to the fullest!

And here’s the best part –  we do it in a way that is so enjoyable that it does not even need to be a new year’s resolution – people just do it.

HOW DO WE DO IT

  • We design exercise programs to be fun and enjoyable. Because no one likes to do chores and exercise never needs to be a chore!
  • We balance routine with a fair amount of variability – in line with your human needs
  • We help you progress week after week – you will see and feel your body evolving
And all of this happens in an environment intentionally designed to inspire you to be your best!

The 3 foundational pillars of our business are coaching, programming and community.

  1. Coaching because you need help – we help you re-learn how to move safely and correctly.
  2. Programming to devise the best way to help you build muscle – that is purposefully and intentionally designed.
  3. Community because everyone needs motivation, accountability, and support when chasing big goals.

There is a reason why there is a multitude of self-help books and TED talks around these subjects.

Discipline is (VERY) hard, and it is overused and overrated – we all need a little (or a lot of) help and support, it is what makes us human. 

It is definitely not a switch in your brain that you just switch on. (Your friend/neighbor/favorite Instagram Influencer who’s telling you otherwise is either a freaking unicorn or he/she is lying to you.) So stop beating yourself up every time you catch yourself slipping up, it is going to happen more often than not.

If you didn’t manage to do any big 2022 reflections or craft a 2023 resolutions list, IT IS OKAY. 

Maybe you were too busy finishing that presentation, working on your business, or spending time with your loved ones (all regular and important life stuff). Perhaps you were just plain uninspired, IT IS OKAY.
